Dropping calls!

Do the telkom call centre staff know how to operate their phones?? WHENEVER I get transferred the call is dropped!! On top of that - the menu options are limited. All I want to do is activate my line - not report a fault. Not to mention the amount of time spent on hold. How about telling me estimated time or number on the waiting list? Please sort it out!
