No ADSL Service since 09/01/2014 yet reported X3

There is no ADSL service still for 0125491175 since 09/01/2014 despite more than 3 repeat fault reportings and escalations. My ISP (FNB Connect) always advices me of port errors on Telkom side every time when they analyze my problem. I'm suppose to work from home most of my time as well as on stand-by 24x7 and my excuse for not fulfilling my role is always Telkom fault. I'm sick & tired of paying my dues uptodate yet no service is rendered by Telkom and this has been an issue since day 1 after installation. Nobody within Telkom faults services takes my issue serious, all what they do is a cycle of reporting the fault with a bit of ports resetting, they escalate it if you call again, get a text that it's in tech's hands if lucky, they clear / close the fault yet the main issue is still outstanding and without any courtesy. Once I discover the closure I start the same loop all over again but with different personnel who claim to feel sorry for my situation. This is becoming a legal matter as this is a day light by Telkom and I'm prepared to spend every cent to fight for it if need be. Please come to my rescue because I ran out of ideas what next to do.
