I upgraded my cellphone contract end of 2013, had good service via the upgrade department. No dealerships or cue's, ease of doing business great.
Problem occur when I got my new bill, cost of the contract agreed upon differ. on Jan 9th I logged a complain to please provide me proof where I agreed to the additional charges as all calls are voice logged. Got referel numbers on various occasions with no satisfation. No FEEDBACK, looks like they hope the problem will just go away.

I requested to change my payment from debit order to cash to ensure payment is done according to what was agreed, that was refused too!

I have been a vodacom customer for a long time, got 5 contracts in place with them. Yet they do not see the value in me as customer. Can someone please help me, what is my rights? Why can't is this so difficult to resolve?
