Illegal subscription service

I had received text message advising me that I have subscribed to some service @ R7 per day.
There was a telephone number 011 9668141 and I have discovered that their client is daniel.bozic [Email Removed]
This company refuses to take responsibility for their "client".
I am going to report this to the minister in the communications department and hope that I will get some kind of feedback.
I have also called the number 0840001581 which is also on another text message, but apparently does not exist. I called the Cell C customer service - but to no avail, alas.
