Pathetic service delivery from Vodacom

On behalf of my mum: Currently have running contract with vodacom for over 10 years, requested latest upgrade and agreed with Mbali that we do not have a photo copy facility for id and they accepted to have courier view I'd and provide upgrade (2 contracts upgraded), couriers arrived and refused to deliver parcel without id. spoke to Christina, she agreed again to the arrangement and said she made a note, couriers came and again refused to hand over parcel, called and then spoke to the supervisor, he then just said there's nothing he can do as Mbali and Christina were wrong and there's nothing he can do even raise an internal complaint as its not his job. As the customer it's not my problem that the wrong process was followed, how would I know and why should I be put through run around. Matter still not resolved, workforce at Vodacom lack basic training, even managers lack skills, to even talk to customers. It's pathetic at the level of aptitude coming over from such an organization. Matter needs to be resolved urgently
