My windows 7 email folders are empty

I have reported this before.

My Dell computer is a top of the line 17 inch machine which I bought in November 2012.

I have many folders. With Windows XP there was no problem.

But the contents of the folders cannot be found. This is a BIG problem for me as most of my medical records are in folders. I am a medical doctor..

Please HELP.
