For one but not the othe

Today I phoned the 8ta customer care to ask instead of wi-fi data to give me normal data. I was told that they ant do it. Now you see that is the funny thing. My next door neighbour and her hasband (who is with 8ta for 2weeks and me more than 2years) asked for normal data and is now getting normal data plus 2gig wi-data. Can anyone explain to me why its allowed for them but for me it was denide. This makes me upset. Why does 2people ask and get it but another must accept 'no we cant do it'. I know now why I prefer vodacom. You know its things like that, that makes people disslike company's. What a bunch of bull s#! t!!!
