Profile affected due to Account Manager's advice

Our company, Wahl Industries, moved over to Vodacom in July 2013 and toook all our packages over. Little did we know what BAD service we will get. We had a new 3G card ordered for a Sales Rep and in the first month, we were billed R3k!!! We queried the amount and our account manager, Trevor Escorcio, advised us to put a lock on the number as we weren't sure which rep the number belonged to even though we paid for it as Wahl Industries firmly believe that all suppliers must be paid on time! Vodacom then investigated and credited our account again. After this, we requested upgrades on cellphone packages and was then told that our account has been handed to the legal department. Trevor was not assisting us at all in this regard!! We then tried everything to get this resolved after spending hours on the phone. Nazeera who then tried to assist, also came back to us now notifying us that she is having a problem with our credit vetting!!! How does this happen when we have never missed a payment to Vodacom??? In fact, our payment goes off as a debit order!!! Now, no account manager is assisting to get our account profile... or rather, credit vetting sorted. They got the business... now what
