This evening I went to Vodacom to book in my phone for repairs. I arrived at the branch at 18:50 but the repairs consultant was already helping another client and in the interim the shop doors were closed. At 19:07 i was attended to by the consultant only for him to tell me that they didn't have any more booking forms.

i would have found this to be a believable story if he wasn't complaining when his colleague closed the doors 30sec after 19:00 and was sighing when we told him we had come to book in a phone for repairs. Even so, i personally would have made a plan to have a form photocopied or printed.

As I am a longstanding client of Vodacom and i currently have 4 contracts with them, i would have expected better customer service which matches my loyalty to your company. in my experience i have come to believe that loyalty of clients is often seen as an opportunity to prove one's service.

This has unfortunately not been the case with my dealings with Vodacom on many occasions. And as a result i am reluctant to continue with my upgrades when they expire.

This is unprofessional and i would appreciated some feedback from someone in a more senior position.
