BAD SERVICE AND CANNOT GET THROUGH TO LEGAL DEPT

My Vodacom account has been paid up in April 2013 and my credit profile has not been updated. I CALLED VODACOM 082 111, 082 1905 AND 082 1946 all of them put me through to customer care. I explained to each of them the whole story just to get nothing.., . The letter is on my profile, it just needs to be resend to my mail account. how difficult can it be??? I tried to get this sorted out for over 6 months!!!

The service is appauling and I see why many consumers move to other service providers. I only want to know why my credit status has not been updated after the account has been paid up and when the update will be done!! I CANNOT GET ANYONE IN LEGAL DEPT!!!
