I want my Phone Back!

I sent my phone in for repairs at the hatfield plaza vodacom repairs shop.
i couldn't collect it because i was travelling out of the country. when i finally collected the phone i was told by Dumi that the phone was sent to the vodacom head office but he will request the phone to be sent back. today after 3 weeks of waiting with no reply i was old that I CANNOT GET MY PHONE BACK!!! THEY SOLD MY PHONE! The phone that i paid for that was not even repaired by them.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT THAT AS AN ANSWER.
