Illegal practice

I have a contract with vodacom and insurance after receiving the first bill i complained as m being over charged for my insurance and they dont do anything to help me get to the end of this mess I've been trying for 6 months now and still no answer everywhere i go they send me somewhere els.
I have a legal document stating the charger for insurance but these big corporates seem to think they can do as they please and change that any way they like.
