Very Unhappy with Vodacom Bugersfort Branch

It is a disgrace as to how long it takes to repair a phone with vodacom, my husbands phone screen cracked in October, we took his phone to burgersfort branch the beginning of November because that is where he upgraded, they said to him that they will send his phone in for repair assessment and quote. we did receive sms's as his phone went to the different sections and after 2 months we never heard anything from then anymore. he then phoned the head of repairs and they said that we have cancelled the repairs because of the price which was not true, she informed us that it would cost R4500.00 to repair we told her to go ahead and repair it we would pay cash because they said the garinty declined the repairs, a month later they sent us a sms saying the phone is back. we went to fetch the phone and it was sent to Lydenburg not bugersfort. Burgersfort branch then fought with us saying that we did not bring the phone to them. we have proof that we did. she phoned Lydenburg and they informed us the phone had not been fixed. we had been waiting for 3 months. we told her that day to send the phone back to get it fixed in the beginning of January it is a month we havn't heard anything. ANGRY
