I went to the Vodacom customer service branch in Mimosa mall Bloemfontein to cancel my father cell phone contract, he recently passed away. After waiting for some time with the buzzer in my hands I was eventually called and then informed by your consultant that he cannot assist me in this regard and he told me to phone your legal department to make the necessary arrangements. I tried numerous times to get through but the line is simple cut off or nobody answers. Please tell me what to do??
