Unbelievably bad customer service and feedback. Have been waiting almost two months for ADSL activation, No feedback from Telkom, no response from customer service, terrible call center service. Repeated queries and faults have been reported and nothing has been done about them. Please let telkom lose their monopoly and inspire other businesses to compete. This shows a shocking lack of infrastructure coupled with bad management and terrible quality of service from their technical department.
