Bad service, over and over again from Nashua

My wife and I have been Nashua customers for some time now, and have recently had a number of very bad experiences with Nashua mobile, Sandton office. Firstly, we had to change our account setup so that we could have our own accounts, as opposed to a 'parent' account previously. We handed in all relevant documents over 3 weeks ago, still no response, confirmation or feedback from ANYBODY in Nashua that this has been done

Secondly, we both came up for upgrades at the end of last year / start of 2014. I got my upgrade while still on a 'parent' account setup, which apparently was not allowed. And then I got charged amounts for the old phone I still had, and then an UPGRADE FEE which was not diclosed to me, nor would I ever agree to as I did all the research as to which phone I should get. In terms of the TCF act I believe this amount should be refunded by Nashua. Thirdly, my wife has been trying to upgrade her phone for a month, combinations of low stock, account issues described above, and extremely poor feedback from the members of Nashua mobile Sandton office this still has not happened, and we are extremely frustrated. I will be moving away from Nashua as soon as I get the chance
