How can u nt stock your own product

I got a vodafone smart tab 7 on contract with vodacom and my charger is gone now I want to buy a new charger but every1 associated with vodacom either passes me on to another which passes me on to another how can u tell me that the thing has been discontinued and u do not have a charger its been 8months nw that I haven't used the tab and have been paying the contract and if someone don't help me soon either with a new charger or smart tab then I want to cancel all 3 my contract with this company sick n tired now and to top it all off 1 of the consultants at canal walk branch tells me good luck hunting
