PERSONAL INFORMATION BEING GIVEN TO THIRD PARTIES

I NEED MTN to stop distributing my personal information to third parties. i bought a laptop last year in august, the laptop opened the first day i dd my settings, user and pass word. the following day it was not working, so i called express telecoms the people that sold me the laptop, and they reffered me to hp the manufacture, k so i called hp and the consultant attempted to solve the problem, but she said she will issue a letter of authority for them to replace the unit as there was no hard drive installed. MTN arranged the pick and they fetch the laptop, after a month i had not heard from them on the status of my new laptop, on the second month still there was nothing so i requested a cancellation, mind you MTN was still debiting on my account and up until today, while i did not have what i was paying for in my possession, so now MTN has decided to sell the old laptop to someone else and people keep calling me for the password. i mean does MTN not have technicians to deactivate a user set up if they decide to mislead a consumer to buy second hand goods as brand new? this lady told me she has all my personal information from ID, RESIDENCE, CELL, PLEASE STOP OR I WILL SUE.
