This Store's Service is Terrible!

I placed an order and they said it would arrive on Wednesday. There phone number they gave me was not working, which I find out, he has forgot to sort out his phone line! I give him two extra days and go on the Friday to collect. Where he eventually serves me and forgets to mention that he has no idea when he will have the phone I ordered!!! I wanted to jump over the desk and punch him in the face but I didn't & just left.
