Good day

I have a iphone 5 that was submitted to Nashua Mobile to be repaired on the 26th of December 2013. Today is the 27th of January 2014. I have mailed and no response, i called to follow up and to get Cobus to answer his phone is next to impossible. Whats the point of having a phone if you don't use it. Not once have i gotten a call from the repairs department to advise how far they are. Its been a MONTH!!! I stressed the point its my business phone but that seems to fall on deaf ears!! I need feedback and i want my phone back!! Nashua Mobile customer care is pathetic!! I was told that a iphone does not get repaired it gets replaced... clearly not! I will not renew my contract and i will make sure everyone i know doesn't as this kind of service is terrible!!
