Iphone is! More money than its worth!

I have taken out my iphone contract with Nashua Mobile in December last year. About 3 months ago the camera had stopped working! It was sent in for repairs, I waited 3 weeks..got the phone back. Only for the camera to play up again the very next day. It was sent back to Nashua, after the wait I finally picked my phone up again today, now its not reading my sim card and playing up eg. the call register is coming up on all screens... this is so annoying because each time I have go to get a sim swap done then the sim cut, only to go back and forth, I am now sitting with no phone because I cut my sim and its not registering on the Iphone. This is my business line and I look like a total a if customers cant get through to me. The reason why I took this iphone was because of its business features but for the past 4 months I have been using a Nokia 5220 (ancient) yet paying for an iphone. I just want this unit to be replaced asap because right now I am a very of client!
