8ta / telkom once again dissapoints

This is probably now my 100th complaint regarding my 8ta 3g modem which is NEVER on more than one signal bar, sometimes even less (0 bars or 2g). every single time i complain i am asked to fill in a form with my information, then it stops there. until i decide to complain again, i am asked to fill it in again, then it stops there again. NO ONE is willing to do ANYTHING to help me. what a joke, i spend so much money on a modem, a sim card and data, only to receive a USELESS service. and whenever it looks like someone is reaching out to assist me, they just refer me to someone else or tell me "its been given to a technician who will contact you" who NEVER does. then it stops there, and i am forced to complain ONCE AGAIN- then the cycle starts all over again.
