8TA SERVICE/SIGNAL DO NOT GET THE SERVICE

I have twice previously complained about the 8TA signal reception at home, and the second time, after NUMEROUS telephone calls and emails, 8TA sent a "Technician" out to my home, to test my Computer, and the signal... He found my hardware in excellent condition and the signal from the tower lacking IN PERFORMANCE. And that was the last I heard from them, and that was MONTHS ago...

BEFORE I wanted to get a 8TA Modem in the place of the VODACOM modem we had, the 8TA branch checked my address and CONFIRMED that we were in a "HIGH SIGNAL STRENGHT area... and we would have no problems... It is now 21:41 at night, I cannot watch a video clip, as the video stops every 4 to 6 seconds, try to buffer, and then eventually bomming out. Around 14h30 to 19h00??? Forget it - the 8TA infrastructure CANNOT handle the volume of users... I invite any POTENTIAL 8TA user to come to my house, and verify this for yourself. Is there ANY Lawyers out there that would like to help me with this?? The service is NOT wat it is advertised to be and according to the new consumer law...
