Please assist with the rectify of my contract term since they pushed my date to 20 December 2013, instead of 23 August 2013, .

Note I upgrade on the 17 May 2013 and had issues regarding my billing and wrong contract loaded on my mobile number is 0844824507.

Please assist im getting annoyed with the call centre agents, who do not care about my issues, I spoke to Babalwa at 09:18 0n the 27 Jan 14 from the contact 084140
she was rude and insinuated I was shouting at her when I merely explained my issues with my contract and when I humbly ask for her to forgive me if I'm shouting she didn't care still, I'm the paying customer not her can I be treated like a paying customer. I would like to give praise for the humanity of the following Retention consultants at 084143 Candice and Brenda.
