My dad (FW Snyman) cancelled my sisters contract in Feb 2013, because she went over seas. This month, he received the bill again. When he called the customer care line, they told him that he cancelled on the 13 March 2013, which was to late, even though he cancelled it earlier over the phone. We also made sure on the date, which we could cancel, to avoid penalty fees. The sim was deactivated on 16 March 2013, but why are we still paying?! The cell number that has the issue is: 083 440 3448.

Why is it always such a issue to get the things done with MTN! It is fast to get on the network, but such a headache to get off it.
