Terrible 4-10 Mbps Telkom ADSL not working

These guys are so terrible, since December I no longer can connect connect to the internet at the time I want, Telkom decides when to put my ADSL on and it me off!! Im paying R1000 pm on my DSL account but still no connection, I'll also make sure every person I cone across knows how Telkom is because this is the 16th time I have reported it and still there is problems! Thanks guys you really know how to things up!!!
