Vodacom
No response on complaint

Please refer to my previous report (https:///vodacom/complaints/poor-service-on-contract-upgrade-991168).

In this report I lodged a complaint regarding poor service from Vodacom. From their response they claim to have contacted me and makes it seem as though the problem has been resolved. I have however, to this day, not received any contact from Vodacom in this regard.

I am very disappointed to receive such poor service and posting from this company.
