WOW - UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

Went to MTN, Shop 154, East Rand Mall, Boksburg on Friday to upgrade my contract. First person to help me was Dino, who was so clued up with relevant information, I was blown away. He explained everything patiently and expertly. Due to a small problem with computer, to my dismay he handed me over to Darren. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Darren was just as helpful and informative. Went the extra mile and helped me with things I would have had to do myself after leaving shop. Also, while he was helping me Etienne loaded my contacts onto my phone and even put my new screensaver on my phone for me. When we left the shop my daughter passed a comment that the service had been so good she felt like changing to MTN. A big thank you to these three guys. They went out of their way and it made such a difference. MTN should be happy to have these guys working for them!
