Went into Comfee Furniture in Boksburg on Saturday and service was fair with only 1 person working and impressions of the furniture was good.

I decided to phone today to place my order and was told sorry the boksburg branch does not yet have telephones, I then asked for a cell phone number or email address only to be told that they do not give out any contact details and I must give my details and they will get the boksburg branch to contact me.

I could understand this if it was personal contact details but surely a company that is supposed to be a proper professional outfit could either get a landline installed quickly in a building with existing lines or get a dedicated shop cell phone.

I told the lady that answered the phone listed as East Rand Value Mall that it didnt sound like a business I wanted to spend R40, 000 with and got the response of OK Bye.

This made me suspicous.
1. No Phones or email adresses listed anywhere
2. East Rand Shop has minima decor and a simple Comfee Furniture Sticker on the window
3. Not being willing to give out details for contacting a shop

? Fly By Night Operation or a Professional Business.

I will take my cash elsewhere
