Faulty phone

This is my second complaint about the same thing. I bought a blackberry 8520 about 2 years ago. I had a problem with the battery. The phone was sent to be fixed and it came back with the same problem. We then sent a complaint to Hello Peter and Vodacom replied and said that a consultant would contact us soon but it never happened and the phone was still faulty with a battery problem. I would like to place another complaint about a phone that was suppose to be fixed and went in for repairs more than once and came back as faulty as when it was taken in.
