My Blackberry 9380 got wet from rain in November 2013. I have insurance on phone. It started switching on and of by itself. On 30 November 2013 I send the phone in for repairs at Autopage Gezina City Pretoria. Work done by Brightpoint Africa on Job no: 9459148-12304252. Around 20 December 2013 I collected by phone back from Gezina branch. The repair station only did an software upgrade. The phone still were just switching on and of by itself. Next day I took the phone back. Again they send it in for repair. Came back 14 January 2014 and while in Autopage it still switched on and of by itself. They phoned the insurance and complained to a Lady called Fatima 011 616 7788 and they explained they cant change the phone for it was repaired by two different technicians. How -up is this now they want me to send the phone back again. It is now more than 2 months I have to be without a phone because of poor service delivery and workmanship. Why must I send the phone back 3 times for the same problem. I demand the phone be replaced.
