Dreadful service, almost non existent. No management available. Be careful when they offer you a deal don't be pressured.
In Dec I was offered an upgrade on my Vodacom contract through Mondo Mobile. I realised the deal was not a good one so on 18 Dec I cancelled the contract. I was told by Vodacom that the phone would be collected within 4 to 8 working days and I could request an upgrade thereafter. Its 37 working days later and still no progress. I have spoken to Mondo staff on numerous occasions. This query has been escalated a few times. When I ask for a senior they say there is no senior in the office, They just gave a name Craig Govender, but I never get to speak to him.
I have spoken to Ntokoza about 6 or 7 times, also, George, Jabulani, Chantal and Richard.
On Mon 27 Jan the couriers went to collect the phone at the wrong address. I called Mondo & they confirmed they had the correct address on their system & apologised & promised the phone would be collected the next day, and the next, and the next. On Saturday I spoke to a most unhelpful person, Chantal Naidoo. She wouldn't refer me to a senior or anyone else as apparently no one else was in the office. Please help.
