I was phoned by Kerry Ann Van den Berg & offered a new Telkom Mobile contract. One of the benefits of the contract was unlimited calls to 8TA or Telkom mobile. This benefit was the only reason why I took the contract. I told her that she must give me time to think about it. she called bank on 22 November & I spoke to Zubayr Bux (021-0017462) her manager who confirmed all the benefits included unlimted calls to any 8Ta or Telkom mobile numbers at a cost of R99-00 per month. However I noticed that I did not have the facility to make unlimted calls. I honed on 30/1/2013 & spoke to Tania Dolf who advd that this benefit was not included in the contract that I took out. So I asked her to listen in on the phone call to what was offered to me. She logged a Query. On 10/1/2014 a man by the name of Randall called & advd that he listened to the call with Kerry Ann and she did offer me the unlimited calls however it was not part of the contract, And queried WHAT I WANT TO NOW DO & I cannot have the benefit. I told him to call be back on 13/1/2013. I am still waiting. I basically want what was offered to me or I will contacting the telecommunication Ombudsman
