I have been trying to contact your number 10210 to report that one of your poles fell over, since Friday. Your call centre does not answer calls and cuts me of after I have been holding for a long time. On Friday I reported it on your website, but there is no place to specify the problem, other that the few options you list and none of them can give a correct description of what the problem is. Today I tried your number again, to explain the problem and still now answer after a long time holding. The reference I received is 484CTZ100114. Please update your online fault reporting system, so that when reporting a fault customers can give accurate information.
