From the time i sent this email to now when i got a an sms on the 26/12/2013
Your migration request will be processed on the 31/12/2013. Please use "free minutes" before 31/12/2013.
I did not understand this nor paid much attention to it.
01/01/2014 tried to make calls but i couldn't make calls and phoned customer care to be told my line was now prepaid, i thought oh well guess no need to cancel my contract now, 03 Jan 2014 get billed R161.00 Oh me thinking it was my last payment was okay with that. Today i get another sms to inform me i OWE R122.80!
So i phone this morning spoke to Zodwa 09:19 who told me my matter was a contract matter i must Phone 082 1946,
I phoned spoke to Israel 09:23 contract who told me he cant help me i must speak to customer care transferred me
Spoke to Sibongile 09:36 who said she cant help me because my contract doesn't appear on the system she transferred me to Contract department to Phumeza 09:36.
All this trying to figure out why must i pay R122.80, because of the type of contract i use, What about the "Free minutes" that fall away that i didn't use? Guess they go to the Give a happy customers!
Asked for a normal explanation on why
