So I handed my phone in for repairs in December. No one made contact but I received the sms updates on the job number etc. I called in a few times to find out how things are going and when I should initiate a claim for my insurance purposes as I had no quote, even now. The helpdesk and consultants lack professionalism and customer service. Never in my life have I received such rudeness and false claims that they called me and emailed me yet I have nothing on record, and you would think they do, NO. The audacity to speak to customers as if you provide the service to us on loan is utter nonsense. My phone is now returned without being attended to still after a whole month and I am suppose to be happy. This is by far the worst encounter with the company and this little even just spoils more than your day. Vodacom must just change their name to VodaGo, they have lost the essence of their trade and this is just a sad situation, especially for us who have been loyal to the brand and have been supportive of it. I am highly appalled and disgusted. I WANT MY PHONE FIXED, the inconvenience you caused for a month is rubbish. I dont owe you, render the service promised, tjerrr.
