I have been having slow internet connection problems since January this year. Download speed about 0.13mbps and upload 0.24mbps on my 1meg line. I have been calling telkom three times per week, multiple reports have been made and escalations done... but still no one calls to inform me on progress nor does anyone fix the problem. they constantly escalate. The only thing they do is reset ports or something to give my line priority... which lasts for a day or so. Then at times i will have NO CONNECTION! The guy in charge of Hello peter complaints called me, assured me that he will get back to me, but obviously he joined the telkom trend and did eff all about it as well. A massive congrats and pat on the back to telkom. Brilliant service! Wish i could send someone a gold medal. I bet the guy will reply giving me an escalation number: D Awesome! I cant wait! Super!!! I wonder who will repay me for all the 3G internet i buy from vodacom. Anyway, congrats telkom, i shall post again on hello peter after 5days :) Looking forward to ur computer generated response! 0827866636
