Bad Service

I had this contract for a year... this is the third time that I had to hand in my handset because it gives me so much problems. Even new ones I got the previous time. This handset is discontinued. I did not get my third one back yet, it's almost a month. Struggling to get any feedback. No one can tell me where my phone is. Apparently there is a back lock. I can't imagine having this contract for another 12 months until it expired!!!
