Damaged phone IMEI 356535055966480

I handed in my phone to be repaired on 12/11/13 because it was not switching on and the report back was liquid damaged but when I got home I discovered my phone damaged/cracked at the back, I returned back at the store on 01/12/13 to have it repaired because it was negligence/maladministration and someone should be held accountable for this. I went back to the shop on 13/12/13 thinking they have repaired but to my surprise my phone was still not repaired and it was still at the shop. I was at the shop yesterday 05/01/14 and I spoke with consultant Pam and she rude, unprofessional and she was reluctant to help me, she was patronising, she told me she cannot do anything me because the person handling this was on leave and his only returning on 10/01/14 and I find that unacceptable. I have yet to receive any form of feedback or communication from them and anytime i must waste my petrol running up and down to the shop, because every time i call the shop there is no answer. Pam said she will investigate this and report back to me yesterday and am still waiting for her call till today.
