On 26/11/2013 I reported my complaint to NashuaMobile head office through franchise, was advised to send affidavit, id copy, documents were send. My Topup contract was changed to Anytime contract and someone did with my account and upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy note accoding to their response. since then, I called the callcenter but I cannot get thru their risk and department, everytime I'm told the matter will be resolve. Today I reserved an email from Nashua claiming the matter is resolve with this REF# JUS-4274-0212, to my supprice my account is still on Anytime contract. My frastration is after 23days, of the matter that I was promised it will take 5 working days to be resolved I'm still waiting. And worse part No one at Nashua ever informed me of the progress untill today. And still the matter is pending. Apparently someone called Jacky from the RISK and was/is dealing with my account. I'm so frastrated, I've been with NashuaMobile for 4 years now, so they just need to know, I won't be needing their services after my contrats expire.
