My name is Tommie Potgieter i had an insurance claim with vodacom. I had an samsung Galaxy S3 with is now discontinued i wanted the S4 but they refused went for the sony experia V and they told me i Had to pay in 700.00 rand but when i singed up for my insurance they told me no excess fees is payable. What can i do now???
