DISGUSTED WITH LACK OF RESPONSE

I was contacted on the 19th August 2013 by Nashua Mobile call centre informing me of high usage on my recently opened cellphone contract. I advised the person that I do not hold a Nashua contract and have never applied for one. I was advised to submit affidavit and other documents for them to lodge a query.
Which I did on the same day. I have sent emails and called several time to get clarity on the matter and request the so called documents that were used to open this contract as I am still in possession of all my documents.
Till today I have not been contacted and just keep getting promises that they will contact me or leave a message with the responsible consultant.
This is completely unacceptable. If I get no response here then my next step will be the Ombudsman.
