I would just like to Compliment Vodacom on bringing about the Chat to us.

Wow, I spoke to Yolanda about 2 weeks ago via chat to change my contract and that went well. She sorted it out for me in less than 30 minutes, I now chatted to Zunaid and I am Still impressed at the high level of service given regarding my query.

He phoned me to explain something I was unclear about, Thanx for going that extra mile. I will definitely in future get all my contracts from Vodacom.

Keep up the Good Work guys. Vodacom is surely the best at Customer Service
