I applied for a Telkom ADSL line to be installed. For weeks i had no response from Telkom. Then suddenly a woman phones to let me know that i must pay a R700 deposit before they can continue. On the 17-12-2013 i paid the deposit. Again, up untill today i havent heard a thing from Telkom. I phoned twice now, holding for over ten minutes before somebody answered the phone. Now i get told that i didn't pay for an ADSl line but for a normal line? When were they gonna tell me that? Still have have no phone line of any sort.

They are quick to take your money, but cant even communicate or install a line. Absolutely pathetic!!!
