I have called Vodacom repeatedly to report usage on my contract cell no.i have destroyed the sim card personally yet I have received a statement of calls being made from this no for which I am paying.after 2weeks and about 5 calls to Vodacom I received a SMS from customer care stating that I should send a written request for a itemized billing which I did over a week ago and no response at all! My account has been debited for that account on which I have not made calls! How does Vodacom give someone else a sim card with my number and charge me for the calls! Terrible service and all the consultants can say to u is we will investigate it! When will that be? After the have taken the money from my account!
