Errors on ADSL line continue after several tickets

I've been an MWEB customer for more than a year now and I have lost count on how many tickets I have logged to diagnose and repair a single problem on my ADSL line. I stay in Royal Ascot (Milnerton) and have constant errors on my line. The errors cause my signal to noise margin (SNR) to fluctuate from 18db to below 9db. At this point my router cannot maintain the connection and proceeds to recync (in a loop).

My most recent (escalated) ticket with MWEB (1271990) resulted in Telkom coming out to my house and spending two hours of diagnosing. They finally found the problem to be the wire between our security complex and the Telkom distribution box. They went about replacing the line last Tuesday (or so they say), which resulted in the phone line being dead since Wednesday afternoon. Telkom only bothered to reconnect my phone line yesterday (Tuesday) morning at which point the same errors that I have been experiencing is still there and makes my connection extremely unstable!

I have logged the tickets and escalated them. I have entertained at least 5 different Telkom technicians at my house. I want to upgrade to 4Mb, but my next step is to cancel my account. I want to be reimbursed!
