It has been over 3 months since i logged my query regarding a credit of my account. Every time i call in it is the same BS story, "We will send it in for approval". How many times must i accept this excuse? Just today, a call centre agent drops the call on me! How is this kind of service acceptable! I know i probably won't get anything out of this. Its just how service providers are running the show in this country. Pathetic!

Imagine if i did not pay my accounts for 3 months. Will MTN still allow me to continue using "their" service?

MTN is useless. Even gave up on complaining. Have a data contract that i have been battling with ever since i got it. 2 years later, and still no resolution to my problems. Never an issue when it comes to them demanding fees for services NOT rendered!
