Rica Process taking too long

I bought 8ta starter pack, went through the Rica process and even bought R150 airtime with a hope that I can convert it to data bundles and use it for income tax work. I bought the starter pack on Tuesday around 7pm, two days later the starter pack is still not working. The call centre tells me that the Rica process is still in progress. When I called yesterday I was told that I should wait for 24hrs because that is how long it takes. but now it's been too long. Should have went with the tried and tested, (MTN, CELL C, VODA)
