My complaint not followed up

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about Nashua blocking my phone after my contract had ended with them. They did get hold of me, and promised to follow the matter up. I have been waiting for Bianca's call since 25 October 2013, and she has not come back to me. My phone is still blocked, and has been couriered back to me. I feel this is totally bad service and I do not feel valued as a customer. I will not be doing business with Nashua anymore. They have shown me their true colours.
