Hi, I my phone was suspended and I phoned the call center, they said they will deduct money from my bank account and my phones will be on at 12 pm, after 2 pm it was still not on. So because I am suspended service I used the Webportal chat. Mr Stephen Pelle sorted out my problem in no time and even sorted out a second problem I was having. Regards for great service and customer satisfaction.
